Payments and Warranty

Since it is necessary for us to require payment in full before any vehicle leaves our center, it is best to plan ahead to make payment by one of the following methods:

1. Cash
2. Cashier's check or money order for the amount due
3. Insurance draft, if properly endorsed by all parties and signed over to Santa Ana Auto Body Shop
4. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and/or Discover
5. Personal or business check upon approval up to $500.00

Santa Ana Auto Body Shop General Warranty Policy

Santa Ana Auto Body Shop will warranty all repair workmanship for as long as the registered owner owns the vehicle. Any defects in parts and/or materials will be subject to the terms as extended by the appropriate manufacturer and/or vendor. This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Any repairs related to rust damage
2. Any repairs in association with or in conjunction to prior non Santa Ana Auto Body Shop repairs
3. Front or rear wheel alignment (3 years)
4. Any damage due to misuse or abuse by owner
5. Paint chipping/scratches due to dings, rocks, etc.
6. Used or salvage parts (30 days)

In conjunction to a workmanship warranty, all paint repairs will be warranted in regard to premature fading or clear coat fatigue, for as long as the registered owner owns the vehicle.
